This is the perfect program for anyone who is just getting into training and needs to build their strength and technique in the big lifts like deadlift, squat, bench press, military press and pull ups. This is a 12 week program that should be done before you start the No Excuses program. If you've been lifting consistently for 6 months and can DL over 140kg, Bench Press over 80kg and do 5-10 Pull Ups you can move onto No Excuses straight away.
